I had a friend who lost his computer over the weekend and had no backup.  I have backups on external hard drives but thought it might be time to look at Online Backup Services. 

Here are the features that I am looking for:

• Reliable
• Secure
• Automatic Backups
• Easy File Restores
• Good Value 

Has anyone had any experience with Online Back Up Services?
